Marine Dept.
Marine Department is mainly engaged in crew manning for ships under our management liaising closely with manning agencies in Manila, Philippine. Most of the staff have maritime background and firmly support shipowners and seafarers 24/7 with their technical knowledge and experiences.
Ship Safety Control Dept.
Since the Department was set up in November 2012, it has been dedicated to achieving safety operations following the ISM code, MARPOL 73/78, and other international conventions as well as local regulations required in each area/country. The department is composed of those who have professional career at sea.
Co-ordination Dept.
Co-ordination Department is in charge to support ships on the legal side. It is responsible for the arrangement of various marine insurances through insurance companies in Japan and the U.K., handling claims arising out of maritime contracts such as Carriage of Goods and Charter Parties, and resolution of maritime disputes. To fulfill a wide variety of shipowners needs, the Department is engaged in shipbuilding, sale and purchase of ships and production of long-term Time Charter schemes.
Accounting & General Affairs Dept.
Besides the shipping field, Accounting Department has expanded business areas to real estate since 2018 to secure stable revenue with the aim of dealing with and mitigating risks of volatility in the shipping market.
